Historic Brooklyn parade ready to kick off

BROOKLYN - The longest continuously run parade in the nation, the Kings County Memorial Day Parade, will soon kick off.

Organizers are looking for a bigger turnout this year and the community has raised $22,000 to keep the parade going.

The parade is scheduled for May 28.
