BROOKLYN - Anyone traveling through the borough this Labor Day weekend may experience some hiccups getting around.

Motorists driving through the borough this weekend will see a lot of activity on Hudson Avenue between Fulton Street and Dekalb Avenue on Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The West Indian American Day Carnival and Children's Parade will also be taking place Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Saint John's Place and Kingston Avenue.

Alternate side of the road parking will still be in effect for the weekend, but will be suspended Monday for Labor day.

Mass transit will also see a lot of weekend track work.
