Homeless man arrested in Brooklyn Public Library stabbing

BROOKLYN - A homeless man has been arrested for stabbing a man inside the Brooklyn Public Library at Cadman Plaza.

According to police, 46-year-old Ralph Neptune stabbed a 52-year-old man in the neck and stomach after accusing him of watching pornography Tuesday night.

Cops say the victim was not watching porn at the time and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

Neptune has 14 prior arrests.
