Police say the 25-year-old mom left her 4, 2 and 1-year-old boys for 45 minutes.

BROOKLYN - A Brownsville mother is behind bars after allegedly leaving her three young kids at home alone. 

Police say they arrested 25-year-old Jazmin Torres after her 4, 2 and 1-year-old boys were left by themselves for 45 minutes. 

The children were discovered by firefighters responding to a water leak in an Eastern Parkway building.

Torres has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
