MIDWOOD - A bomb threat forced the evacuation of a Jewish center in Midwood Friday morning, officials say.

It came in the form of a text message to someone at the JASA Senior Citizen Center on Coney Island Avenue, according to investigators.

Part of the message claimed "You will not find it."

And when police searched the building, they found no bomb and announced the building was safe at 10 a.m.

The evacuation disrupted business ahead an upcoming Jewish holiday for Stuart Gourdji, who runs a gift basket shop in the center.

"Today is our busiest day of the year," Gourdji says. "It's Purim Sunday, so today's the last day we can ship out all our baskets."

A similar false threat targeted the Jewish Children's Museum in Crown Heights Thursday.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says state police will be coordinating with federal and local law enforcement to investigate such crimes.
