Jonas Brothers play softball in Coney Island

BROOKLYN - Hundreds of fans lined up to see The Jonas Brothers play a charity softball game at Municipal Credit Union Park this afternoon.

Tickets were made available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Jonas Brothers' goal with the softball tour is to raise teen awareness about the dangers of texting while driving.

Fans were given "Texting Kills" thumb bands as a reminder of their commitment to never send text messages when they're behind the wheel.
