BROOKLYN - Police have identified one of two men wanted in connection with an armed home invasion in Brooklyn.

According to investigators, the men forced their way into a home at gunpoint on Vandalia Avenue on July 30, tied someone up, and took off with cash and a gold chain.

Cops released a photo of Jonathan Coleman, and of the second unidentified suspect with a baseball cap and blue T-shirt.

Anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.
