BROOKLYN - A man accused in a Brooklyn hit-and-run that killed an expectant couple has been indicted by a grand jury.

Julio Acevedo was indicted on all charges brought against him, including vehicle manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it.

Police say Acevedo left the scene of an accident on March 3 in Williamsburg that killed an expectant couple and their baby.
