NEW YORK - The woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by the son of NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly now says she had an abortion.

According to people familiar with the case, the victim says that she got pregnant when "Good Day New York" co-host Greg Kelly attacked her back in October.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg said that the Manhattan District Attorney's Office is handling the investigation instead of the NYPD due to a potential conflict of interest.

In an emailed statement, Kelly's attorney says the anchor "strenuously denies any wrongdoing of any kind."
