BROOKLYN - The man accused of kidnapping and killing a Williamsburg landlord has been indicted on second-degree murder charges.

Kendel Felix, 26, is accused of killing Menachem Stark in January. He faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

Officials say Stark was kidnapped outside his Williamsburg realty office. His body eventually turned up in a dumpster on Long Island. The Nassau County medical examiner says he died from asphyxiation.

The Brooklyn district attorney says other people are being investigated for involvement in Stark’s death.
