KENSINGTON - Members of the Muslim, Christian and Jewish faiths gathered Sunday in a show of peace and unity in Kensington.

They gathered to hold signs calling for peace and understanding in the wake of last week’s shooting of a Queens Imam and his aide.

The gathered individuals said that an attack on one is an attack on all.

Kensington is home to a large population of Bangladeshi Muslims and they believe there needs to be increased police presence in the community.

The suspect in the shooting of the Imam and his aide, Oscar Morel, is expected to be indicted on Monday and face life in prison without parole.
