PARK SLOPE - Kids and adults alike got into the spooky spirit on Thursday at the annual Halloween parade in Park Slope.

The parade, which began at 14th Street and Seventh Avenue, had a Shakespearean theme this year. Participants were asked to come dressed as the playwright himself or a character from one of his plays.

Many marchers stuck to the theme, while others decided to show off their own style.

The Park Slope Civic Association has held the parade since 1986.
