BROOKLYN - The Knickerbocker Avenue subway station has officially reopened.

MTA officials held a special ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate the end of a major renovation project at the M train stop. Changes included replacing the platform, street stairs and wind screens, and several other structural repairs, including a new drainage system.

The station had been closed since August.
