L.A. Dodgers sue BK hamburger vendor

The owners of a Brooklyn hamburger joint say they're being sued by the Los Angeles Dodgers over the "Brooklyn" style lettering in their logo.They say

BROOKLYN - The owners of a Brooklyn hamburger joint say they're being sued by the Los Angeles Dodgers over the "Brooklyn" style lettering in their logo.

They say the Dodgers claim the lettering on the burger logo is too similar to theirs. The owners however, say they have had their logo trademarked since 2005.

The owners say they are not willing to change their logo and plan to fight the lawsuit in court
