BROOKLYN - An arrest has been made in a violent pipe attack on a Brooklyn subway platform.

Investigators say 25-year-old Leon Sims hit a man in the head with a pipe while he was waiting for the C train at the Ralph Avenue station.

Sims is charged with two counts of felony assault.

The attack happened on Sept. 22.
