BROOKLYN - Police have made an arrest in the death of a man at a home for mentally disabled adults in Downtown Brooklyn.

Police say 45-year-old David Baron was found with head trauma Sunday morning at the Institute for Community Living on Nevins Street. He was taken to Long Island College Hospital where he died.

Another resident at the home, 32-year-old Leonardo Martinez, has been charged with second-degree murder, according to investigators.

The medical examiner has not yet determined an official cause of death.
