NEW YORK - Hollywood's award season is in full swing, and this year's Academy Award nominations were announced today.

Hosts Emma Stone and Seth MacFarlane made the announcement earlier today. Steven Spielberg's 'Lincoln' leads the Oscar pack with 12 nominations, including for best picture, best director, best leading actor and best supporting actress.

'Les Miserables' was also a big contender, receiving nominations for best picture, best supporting actress and best actor in a leading role. 'Zero Dark Thirty' was nominated for best picture, best original screenplay and best actress.

The Oscars will be held on Feb. 24.
