Linden Blvd. tenants say they're suffering with no heat

BROOKLYN - Tenants at 362 Linden Boulevard say they?ve had to face the freezing weather without heat in their apartments.

According to tenants, the building has been without heat for two weeks. According to News 12 Brooklyn, the building currently has more than 400 housing violations.

The tenants say they?ve joined forces with Councilman Mathieu Eugene to expose what they are calling deplorable living conditions and a neglectful landlord.

?People that have lived here longer than I are living in the worst conditions, and that?s not fair,? Jennifer Poinduiogur says. ?I?ve been here 11 years and there? s no bathroom, no heat and I pay my rent on time.?

News 12 Brooklyn had contacted the building?s management for comment, but they have not returned any calls.
