BROOKLYN - Police are searching for a livery cab driver who allegedly raped a female passenger.

The 35-year-old victim hailed a livery SUV at around 5 a.m. on Sept. 17. Investigators say she was then assaulted by the driver before she was able to get out of the cab near East 95th Street and Avenue B in Flatbush.

Authorities released a picture of the suspect, who is described as a black male between 20 and 25 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, and between 175 and 210 pounds.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact police.
