BROOKLYN - Drivers and residents say they are outraged at a no left turn sign on West 6th and Kings Highway.

The Department of Transportation says it made the change to calm traffic and curb speeding. However, businesses and drivers say the change is causing congestion.

More than 1,000 residents have signed a petition to reverse the change.
