BROOKLYN - Some Brooklyn middle school students are getting valuable weekly lessons on dealing with weight, both physically and mentally.

M.S. 354 in Crown Heights receives private lessons on living healthier lives through the non-profit program Nalini Kids. It aims to make students feel stronger in the mind, body and heart through classes that include art and physical fitness.
