BROOKLYN - Straphangers in Brooklyn could face a complicated commute.

Starting next week, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority is undertaking major renovations along the Smith-9th Street and 4th Avenue-9th Street stations.

Manhattan-bound F and Queens-bound G trains will skip the 15th Street-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Parkway stations.

The project is one of many to rehabilitate the historic Smith-9th Street station.
