BROOKLYN - The man behind the play-by-play voice for the Brooklyn Cyclones since the team's inception has passed away at the age of 68.

Warner Fusselle, who was known by many as "The Fuse," had succeeded Mel Allen as the host of "This Week in Baseball."

During his more than 40 years in the industry, Fusselle's voice was heard at Saint John's baseball and Seton Hall basketball games, and at games for the ABA's Virginia Squires and the Baltimore Orioles.
