BROOKLYN - A man accused of gunning down a cab driver has been charged with murder.

Unique Gray, 24, was arrested on Sunday and was extradited to New York on Thursday. 

According to police, Gray shot Naji Fawaz in Bed-Stuy on June 29. He was caught on camera pointing a gun at the cab driver before pulling the trigger.

Gray is the second person to be charged with murder in the case.
