BROOKLYN - Police say a man was fatally shot in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Sunday.

Witnesses say they found the body of 27-year-old Alfred James outside 317 Lexington Ave. around 12:30 a.m.

They say James was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.

Police say he lived at 88 Stagg St., about 20 minutes from where he was shot.
