A 22-year-old man has died after police say he was shot multiple times in Brownsville.

BROOKLYN - A 22-year-old man has died after police say he was shot multiple times in Brownsville. 

The shooting took place Tuesday in front of Saint Marks Street around 10:30 p.m.

Police say they responded to the area to find a 22-year-old man with gunshots to his arms and body. 

He was transported to Brookdale Hospital where police say he was pronounced dead. 

They say no arrests have been made, and the identity of the victim has not been released pending family notification.
