BROOKLYN - One of the two men convicted of murder in connection with a fatal salon shooting in Fort Greene was sentenced today. Robert Crawford received 53 years to life in prison for his role in the 2008 shooting inside De Lux Gallery on Fulton Street. The shooting killed Lethania Garcia and injured four others, including an off-duty police officer.

Crawford's accomplice, Zaire Paige, was also expected to be sentenced today, but it was adjourned until Jan. 24.
