BROOKLYN - A man was rushed to the hospital this morning after being attacked by a dog in Bed-Stuy.

EMS officials say a dog bit a man in the right leg. The man, who is in his 40s, was taken to Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.

First responders say the incident happened just after 8 a.m., at the intersection of Malcolm X Boulevard and MacDonough Street.

A school crossing guard at P.S. 262 says the scene was cleared very quickly, before most people even knew what was going on.
