BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - A man has been hospitalized after police say he crashed his SUV into the 81st precinct, then shot himself.

According to investigators, the man's ex-girlfriend filed a domestic abuse report yesterday morning against him and when he found out, he drove his SUV to the police station on Ralph Avenue. The man crashed his SUV into the precinct and then shot himself in the head.

The driver survived and has been hospitalized in critical condition.

Three police officers had to dive out of the way to avoid getting hit, but no one inside the precinct was hurt.
