BROOKLYN - A dramatic scene unfolded at a Brownsville deli after a man was shot in the leg outside.

Workers say the victim ran into the deli yelling that he'd been shot, and begging for someone to call an ambulance and the police.

It happened at around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at 890 Rockaway Ave.

Investigators believe a dispute between the victim and the gunman preceded the shooting, but no arrests have been made.

The victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital.
