Man shot, killed in Bed-Stuy

The hunt for suspects is on after police say a man was shot to death during a robbery in Bed-Stuy. According to investigators, Ivan Giovanettina,

BROOKLYN - The hunt for suspects is on after police say a man was shot to death during a robbery in Bed-Stuy

According to investigators,  Ivan Giovanettina, 41, was hit in the upper body at around 9:30 p.m. Thursday near Macon Street and Throop Avenue. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital and pronounced dead on arrival.

Witnesses say the victim was robbed before being shot, but officers have not said if anything was taken from him.

No suspects have been named and the investigation is ongoing.
