BROOKLYN - Police are searching for the suspect who shot a man in the chest Thursday night.

The victim was shot near the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Midwood Street, and was taken to Kings County Hospital. He is expected to survive.

Authorities say they believe the suspect was wearing a navy blue T-shirt and may be driving a black sedan.
