BROOKLYN - Authorities are looking for a man who they say viciously assaulted and raped a woman in Bed-Stuy. 

The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect, who allegedly followed the 24-year-old victim into her building near Tompkins Avenue and Hart Street this past Sunday. 

Police say the man punched the woman and banged her head against the wall before sexually assaulting her. 

He's described as being about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds.
