BROOKLYN - Police are trying to track down a man who tried to rob a bank in Sunset Park. 

According to investigators, the suspect walked into a Chase branch at 5323 Fifth Ave. at around noon Tuesday and passed a note to a teller demanding cash. 

The man then took off empty handed, but he was caught on surveillance camera. He's described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, and was wearing a black baseball hat with the letter "B" on the front, a gray-hooded sweatshirt and carried a backpack.
