BROOKLYN - The Manhattan Beach Neighborhood Association prepares for a busy season as temperatures rise.

Beach safety was the major concern at the association?s monthly meeting. The association says the Department of Parks and Recreation will be helping with major concerns.

Several swimmers have faced hazardous conditions in the water recently. Two Brooklyn men drowned in Long Island beaches while another is missing after going for a swim.
