BROOKLYN - Many Brooklyn homes and businesses are still without power several days after a March nor?easter slammed the borough over the weekend.

The storm caused unprecedented damage throughout the city. Crews from Consolidated Edison, Inc. are working to repair 272 buildings that have no power. Residents say they are finding it hard to cope.

?We had no heat, no hot water,? says Michelle Tabbouche. ?So, it?s been really tough.?

Con Ed says all power is expected to be restored by March 19.
