Markowitz gives State of the Borough address

PARK SLOPE - Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz addressed issues he wants to tackle in 2010 during his annual State of the Borough speech Wednesday.

Markowitz says the Atlantic Yards project and the conversion of two local armories are projects he will be paying attention to, as well as addressing crime and other quality-of-life issues.
