BROOKLYN - Most people are staying home from work for Presidents Day, but those who don't have the day off may have to change up their regular commute.

Mass transit is operating on a Saturday schedule for all subways, buses and Long Island Rail Road trains. The M train is only running between Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn and Metropolitan Avenue in Queens, and there is no Z train service.

Alternate side of the street parking rules are suspended citywide for the holiday.
