NEW YORK - As city officials prepare for another round of snow tonight, Mayor Michael Bloomberg says he is taking steps to ensure a swift and safe snow removal process.

The Bloomberg administration released a 15-point action plan today, detailing how crews will be better prepared to clear streets.

Bloomberg says he hopes to equip all sanitation trucks with GPS devices, allowing workers and supervisors to share progress reports faster.

City officials say they are also planning to stream live video of trouble spots and use city-wide towing resources to improve tow truck deployment.
