Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio has announced another addition to his team. Dean Fuleihan, who currently works with the SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering,

NEW YORK - Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio has announced another addition to his team.

Dean Fuleihan, who currently works with the SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, will lead the city's budget process starting in the new year.

De Blasio said he specifically chose Fuliehan as the next budget director because he's a progressive who believes in decreasing the gap between those who have and those who do not.

Fuleihan accepted the appointment, promising to help the new administration fight income inequality, make the city more affordable and invest in all five boroughs.
