Mayor's report says city services doing well

BROOKLYN - Mayor Michael Bloomberg released the Mayor?s Management Report for 2010 yesterday, which says most agencies are either maintaining or improving their services.

Despite eight rounds of budget cuts made last year, many agencies were able to maintain the same level of service. Some crime, such as robberies and felony, decreased this year while murder and rape were on the rise.

The report also detailed 311 complaints. Noise continues to be the most frequent problem in the city at 66,227 inquiries this year.
