NEW YORK - Voters had the chance to hear from the crowded field of Democratic contenders in the mayoral race during the first forum held in Brooklyn.

Former Congressman Anthony Weiner joined John Liu, Christine Quinn, Sal Albanese, Bill de Blasio and Bill Thompson at the Manhattan Beach Jewish Center Wednesday.

Among the questions residents submitted, the mayoral hopefuls were asked about restoring economic stability to the city. All seemed to be courting middle and working class voters with their responses.
