Medical Examiner: Abducted Williamsburg man Menachem Stark died of asphyxiation
BROOKLYN - Authorities have released the cause of death for a Williamsburg businessman abducted last week.
According to the medical examiner, Menachem Stark was killed by compression asphyxiation, also known as strangulation or smothering.
Surveillance video captured the 39-year-old being shoved into a white van outside his office last Thursday. His burnt body was found two days later in Great Neck, Long Island.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton says that police are using all means possible to track down whoever is responsible.
Stark's family and friends are offering a $25,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest conviction.
