BROOKLYN - The Department of Transportation is holding the first of many community workshops to discuss plans for a waterfront greenway Thursday.

The DOT plans to make a 14-mile bicycle and pedestrian path that runs from Greenpoint to Sunset Park.

The first meeting is Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Brooklyn Borough Hall.
