CONEY ISLAND - A makeshift memorial is growing at the spot where a 3-year-old boy was run over last Friday in Coney Island. Kevin Rodriguez reportedly ran out onto West 15th Street, where he was struck by an ambulette. His parents laid flowers and lit candles at the site earlier this weekend.
