BROOKLYN - Investigators have arrested a man who was allegedly selling drugs from his ice cream truck in Bay Ridge.

Prosecutors say 20-year-old Mina Gatas ran the operation out of the truck parked at Owl Heads Pier on Shore Road and 69th Street.

Police say an undercover officer bought cocaine from Gatas twice, once at the truck last July. The alleged deal was caught on surveillance video.

He is being charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and drug possession. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

The ice cream truck has been confiscated by authorities.
