BROOKLYN - The mother of a missing 7-year-old boy was held in contempt of court by a Staten Island family court judge who believes she knows where her son is, according to sources.

Patrick Alford, 7, went missing last Friday from his foster home in Starrett City. He was last seen helping his foster mother, Jennifer Rodriguez, take out the trash at their apartment on Vidalia Avenue.

Rodriguez also has a 4-year-old daughter, who is now in the father's custody.

Police are asking anyone with information about the boy's disappearance to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
