BROOKLYN - The family of a missing 76-year-old woman from Brooklyn says their loved one has been found.

Santa Mantos, who has been missing since Sunday afternoon, was found Monday at Jamaica Hospital by her grandson, Jordan Vega.

She walked 4 miles, but does not recall doing so due to a mental condition, her family says. 

Her family says she is a little drowsy, but seems to be doing OK.

Family members say Santa Mantos went missing near the intersection of Liberty Avenue and Barbey Street in East New York around 2 p.m. Sunday.
