BROOKLYN - The Martin Luther King Jr. concert series returned to East Flatbush Monday night.

Music lovers jammed out to '80s funk classics, courtesy of a performance by Morris Day and The Time.

The crowd was out of their seats for most of the show, especially as the band performed hits such as "Jingle," which was featured in the movie "Purple Rain," starring Prince.
