The Department of Financial Services set up the mobile command center in Manhattan Beach.

BROOKLYN - The Department of Financial Services set up a mobile command center on Irwin Street in Manhattan Beach to provide assistance to Superstorm Sandy victims in Brooklyn.

The command center was set up Monday to help homeowners who are dealing with banking and insurance issues get face-to-face assistance with representatives from five major banks.
